Using WordPress, a powerful bespoke design builder and a feature rich e-commerce plugin, this enabled MasksUK to be setup in a matter of days whilst making sure their brand was consistent throughout.
By having FUZZ UK working in house with MasksUK, we were able to create all their brand content and infographics for customers and created marketing material to promote their products and services.
By having 24/7 support, FUZZ UK were instrumental in delivering thousands of MasksUK globally, managing their e-commerce platform and dealing with technical issues.

The Client
The Challenge
Customers across the UK were struggling to find a good quality, reusable Mask stat the start of the C19 pandemic. We had to create a professional Masks company backup by a reputable cloth manufacturer and translate this into brand and online platform for customers in days.
We had to make sure the system was robust to cater for thousands of visitors and make sure that transactions were seamless and linked to their delivery network.
To gain trust and loyalty, we also had to setup and integrate the Trust Pilot review system and create a place for dealing with customer service questions and order enquiries.
As well as all this, we had to translate this into a wholesale platform to cater for bulk orders with wholesale discounts.
The Solution
The starting point was to create the brand. This invalided create the logo and brand colours which had to be clean and show what the company was all about in their branding. Using a bespoke wireframe as a starting point, we then created the website and changed all the colours to match the brand.
From there we created the e-commerce backend and added functionally. This include shipping integrations, payments gateways and all the essential pages to get up and running as quickly as possible so the brand and website could be marketed to customers.
Over the following weeks, creatives were designed and placed online filling out the website with more information for their customers. As the business attracted more attention from larger companies, FUZZ UK built a wholesale website based on the layout and structure of the main website. Here they could cater for larger, bulk orders and apply wholesale and loyalty discount for these business purchases.
